These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of custom-manufactured parts from Mireles Auto Sales Inc ("we," "us"), located at 241 W Rankin St, Jackson, MS 39201. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our parts are designed and manufactured to order for a specific vehicle, based on information, measurements, originals, or files you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply. Where a fit-check step is included in your quote, final production begins only after you approve the test article.
Quotes are provided in writing before production begins and specify the part, material, finish, quantity, and an estimated timeline. Work starts after you accept the quote and complete payment as stated in it.
Unless expressly stated in your quote, our parts are intended for trim, brackets, clips, and similar non-safety-critical applications. Our parts are not intended for use in braking, steering, suspension, airbag, seat-belt, or other safety-critical systems. You are responsible for confirming that a part is appropriate for your intended use and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
If you supply a CAD file, scan, or original part, you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced. Original parts you mail to us are returned with your order. CAD models we create remain our property unless your quote states otherwise; we keep them on file to make reorders easier.
We stand behind the fit and workmanship of our parts as described in our Returns Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including labor costs for installation or removal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hinds County, Mississippi.
